Permanent Caravan or RV Roof Installation Kit with power, mount, cables and IP68 cable entry.

A complete fixed-roof installation system for caravan manufacturers, custom van builders, and premium touring van fit-outs.
This bundle provides a permanent exterior mounting solution compatible with the Starlink Mini, using the V-Cell ruggedised housing kit (with S mounting rails), Australian certified 35V power booster, IP68 bulkhead socket, compliant waterproof entry gland, and all required cables and fixings.

• 1 x Starlink Gen 3, RJ45 Cable (0.5m for internal V-Cell connection ONLY) *note below TIP 💡
• 2 x Aluminium S-Rail Mounts for the V-Cell
• 1 x Certified Regulated DC Voltage Booster 12v to 35v in Anderson configuration.

⚠️ Note: Starlink Mini terminal is NOT included and can be purchased from Starlink.com or major retailers. 

Tip 💡:  If you want to by-pass the Starlink Mini's integrated router & wifi, or simply connect to the Starlink Mini in LAN mode, a longer data cable (Gen 3 RJ45) will also be required (this is not included in this bundle) but can be purchased here.

Installation Overview

1. Identify a structurally appropriate mounting zone on the caravan roof.
2. Position and secure the V-Cell mounting rails using rated caravan-roof fasteners.
3. Install the bulkhead sockets into the V-Cell housing and tighten securely.
4. Route the DC and Gen 3 data cables from the Starlink Mini to the bulkhead sockets.
5. Install the Starlink Mini into the V-Cell enclosure.
6. Install the IP68 cable entry gland on a sealed flat or curved roof surface.
7. Feed the 5 m DC cable through the gland into the internal electrical bay.
8. Connect the voltage booster to the 12 V supply using the Anderson input.
9. Connect the regulated 35 V output to the Mini DC cable and verify polarity.
10. Perform vibration and movement checks across all fixings before commissioning.
