Shipping Insurance Policy

SpaceTek Australia provides optional flat-rate shipping insurance to cover items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

• By NOT selecting this cover at checkout, the customer agrees that SpaceTek Pty. Ltd. will NOT be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to items during transit.
• We strongly encourage customers to opt for this insurance to ensure peace of mind during shipping.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

The customer/buyer agrees that SpaceTek IT. WILL NOT be held liable or responsible in the event of Lost, Stolen or Damaged items during transit.

• Processing Delays: Occasionally, there may be office shutdowns for holidays or leave. If extended processing times are expected, we will post a notification on our website.
• Shipping Timelines: While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, shipping timelines cannot be guaranteed. SpaceTek IT will not be liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers or stock availability.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip shipping fees by selecting free local pickup at our location in Red Cliffs, Victoria.

• Before placing your order, please contact us to make arrangements for pickup.
• Orders will be prepared and ready for pickup by appointment only.
• You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.

Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your items.

Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number.

• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
• If you have not received your order within 10 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@spacetek.com.au with your name and order number, and we will investigate.
