Shared Business System
A simple multi-user phone system designed for small teams that need more than a single line but do not require a full-featured system.
Pricing
- $90 per month for up to 4 extensions
Includes
- Up to 4 extensions
- Basic call handling
- Up to 2 park / ring groups
- Basic voicemail to email
- Configured by SpaceTek during setup
Limitations
- No softphone app
- No call queues
- No direct customer access to the system
- No advanced feature control
This option is ideal for small teams that need a simple, reliable multi-user setup without the cost or complexity of a dedicated system.
Dedicated Business System
A fully isolated phone system designed for growing businesses that require more users, advanced features, and greater control.
Licence & Hosting
- $85 per month ex GST, or
- $940 per year ex GST
Monthly Call Service Charges
- 1–4 extensions: $70 per month
- 5–10 extensions: $140 per month
- Each additional extension above 10: $10 per month
Includes
- Dedicated hosted environment
- Advanced call routing and features
- Softphone app support
- Greater scalability and control
Example Pricing
If your business has 35 extensions, the monthly call service would include the $140 base fee plus an additional $10 per extension for the 25 extensions above the included amount.
That means the monthly call service would be $390 per month, plus either:

$940 per year for annual licence and hosting
Important Information
- Hardware is not included unless quoted separately
- Desk phones, WiFi handsets, and ATA devices are available if required
- All systems require a working internet connection
