Residential Use

This plan is designed for normal residential and household use. It is not intended for business use, call-centre activity, sustained high-volume calling, automated calling, telemarketing or other commercial calling patterns.

Customers requiring a phone service for business use should select one of our business phone plans or managed 3CX solutions. Business services are available for small businesses through to larger organisations requiring multiple extensions, mobile and desktop apps, IVR menus, call queues, ring groups, reporting and advanced call routing.


Fair Usage Policy

SpaceTek phone services that include calls for a fixed monthly fee are subject to our Fair Usage Policy.

Included calling is intended for reasonable use appropriate to the plan selected. High-volume calling, sustained long-duration calling, business use of residential plans, automated calling or other usage materially outside normal use may result in a plan review, additional usage charges or migration to a more appropriate service.


Compatible Hardware

SpaceTek VoIP services can be used with compatible desk phones, WiFi VoIP handsets and ATA adapters supplied and configured by SpaceTek.

Existing compatible VoIP hardware may also be supported in some circumstances. Please contact us before ordering a service if you intend to use existing equipment.

Internet Connection Required

An active and reliable internet connection is required for VoIP calling. Call quality can be affected by internet performance, WiFi coverage, network congestion and local network equipment.

SpaceTek can also assist with Starlink, NBN, routers, WiFi upgrades, backup internet and network improvements where required.
