Internet and Phone Service Required

The GRP2602W requires a suitable internet connection and an active SpaceTek VoIP service to make and receive calls.

Although the phone includes WiFi, call quality still depends on the quality of your internet connection and local network. Where possible, a wired Ethernet connection may provide the most consistent performance, particularly in busy business environments.

Residential and Business Use

This phone can be used with both residential and business services. Residential plans are intended for normal household use, while businesses with multiple users, higher call volumes or more advanced call handling requirements may be better suited to one of our business, Shared 3CX or Dedicated 3CX services.

Fair Usage Policy

SpaceTek phone services that include calls for a fixed monthly fee are subject to our Fair Usage Policy. Included or unlimited calling is intended for reasonable residential or normal day-to-day business use appropriate to the plan selected.

High-volume calling, sustained long-duration calling, business use of residential services, automated calling, call-centre style activity or other usage materially outside normal use may result in a plan review, additional usage charges or migration to a more appropriate service.
