This 30–60A manual reset circuit breaker provides reliable overcurrent and short-circuit protection for 12–24V DC electrical systems. It is designed for high-current applications where durability, serviceability, and environmental resistance are critical.

The breaker features a fully sealed IP67 thermoplastic housing, stainless steel studs, and anti-vibration washers to ensure consistent performance in demanding mobile and off-grid environments. A manual trip button with visual reset indicator allows quick fault isolation and restoration without replacing fuses.

Installation Overview

  1. Disconnect the power source before installation.

  2. Mount the breaker to a solid, vibration-resistant surface.

  3. Connect positive supply and load cables to the stud terminals.

  4. Tighten terminals to the appropriate torque for the cable size.

  5. Fit rubber stud caps over terminals.

  6. Restore power and test manual trip and reset operation.
